Texas A&M: Created a prototype for a utility Emergency Operations Center for situational awareness of major weather events. Performed extensive primary research, personas, experience map, screen designs and Axure prototype to illustrate the key requirements and strategic insights.

Southern California Edison: Utilized IBM Design thinking framework in the creation of an A.I. driven, weather data driven concept intended to enable meteorologists to plan for weather forecasts and asses utility impacted fire incidents.
